Every bark tells
a story.

A non-profit, community-run map for animal welfare in Funchal. Report barking, strays, and animals in need, find help, and turn scattered frustration into data that gets animals — and neighbourhoods — real help.

The map requires a free account. Contacts and trainers are open to everyone.

Report what you hear
Drop an approximate pin for barking or a stray — 30 seconds, no exact addresses, never surveillance.
Patterns, not complaints
One night is noise. The same streets lighting up for a month is evidence welfare orgs can act on.
Help, not punishment
Vetted trainers, emergency contacts, and walking spots — so problems get prevented, not just flagged.

A community project, not a company

Woof Radar is non-profit and community-run. Nobody pays to be listed, nothing is sold, and the data belongs to the cause: evidence that welfare organisations can take to the Câmara, and practical help that prevents problems instead of just flagging them.

It's built together with Madeira's animal-welfare community — and if it proves its worth, the goal is to grow it into a registered NGO of its own.
